Montage not played, but notify can be triggered

When I first start the editor and click play, the character montage doesn’t play, but strangely enough, the animation notify on the montage trigger. But when I compile all the animation blueprints, the montage plays fine. But unfortunately, after packing, the montage did not play again and the notifications were still triggered. I have modelled the animation framework on the official Lyra project using Link Anim Lyaers, is the bug that appears related to this?

My situation seems to be consistent with this, but I don’t quite understand how to fix it.

I find it rather strange that when I use the Layered Blend Per Bone node to blend the upper body montage, the montage doesn’t play but the notify trigger normally.
