Hello,
I have successfully enrolled in the Fortnite Developer Program, and Epic Games Support has confirmed that my enrollment is complete.
However, I still cannot find the Monetization option in my creator portal.
I contacted Epic Games Support, and they confirmed that there is no issue or additional information required from my side. They recommended reporting this issue in the Fortnite Creator Forums.
Could someone please help me understand why the Monetization option is missing and how I can access it?

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Fortnite Creator Portal.
- Open my published island.
- Go to the Analytics section.
- The analytics appear normally, but the Monetization option and payout estimates are missing.
- My Hyperwallet setup is complete, but I have not linked a PayPal account yet.
Expected Result
The Monetization option should be available in the Creator Portal for my published island, and I should be able to view my island’s payout estimates if eligible.
Observed Result
The Analytics section is working normally, but the Monetization option is missing from the Creator Portal. I cannot view my island’s payout estimates even though my island has been approved and published, and my Hyperwallet setup is complete.

My island has been approved and published, and my Hyperwallet setup is complete. However, the Monetization option is still missing from the Creator Portal, and I cannot access my island’s payout estimates. The Analytics section works normally. Epic Games Support confirmed that I am enrolled in the Fortnite Developer Program and recommended reporting this issue on the Creator Forums. Please investigate why the Monetization option is not appearing on my account.
