Summary
When working collaboratively in UEFN with Unreal Revision Control, modifying a single Scene Graph Entity causes all Entities in the project, as well as the Level, to become locked for the other collaborator.
Sometimes Island Settings also become locked unexpectedly, even when they were not intentionally modified. Saving the project can also cause inconsistent revision/locking behavior and occasionally results in a Level revision conflict that needs to be resolved manually.
This makes simultaneous work on Scene Graph projects extremely difficult because one user’s local Entity changes can prevent another user from editing unrelated Entities until the changes are submitted.

What Type of Bug are you experiencing?
Scene Graph
Steps to Reproduce
Open a UEFN project that uses Scene Graph and Unreal Revision Control.
Have two users open and sync to the same project.
User A modifies a single Entity in the project.
User B attempts to modify a different, unrelated Entity.
Check the Revision Control status of the other Entities and the Level.
Save the project after making Entity changes.
In some cases, also check the Island Settings asset and the Level revision status.
Expected Result
Only the Entity, asset, or data that was actually modified should be checked out or locked by User A.
User B should still be able to modify unrelated Entities and continue working in other parts of the project at the same time.
The Level and Island Settings should not become locked unless they were directly modified.
Observed Result
Modifying a single Entity causes all Entities in the project to appear locked by User A for the other collaborator.
The Level is also locked, preventing normal simultaneous editing.
Island Settings can sometimes become locked unexpectedly as well, despite not being intentionally modified.
Saving the project can sometimes cause or expose inconsistent Revision Control states, including Level revision conflicts that may need to be resolved manually.
The locks generally remain until User A submits their changes.
Platform(s)
Windows PC
Additional Notes
The main issue is that Scene Graph Entity modifications appear to create project-wide or Level-wide Revision Control locks instead of only locking the Entity that was actually modified.
This significantly impacts collaborative workflows because two users cannot reliably work on separate, unrelated Entities at the same time.
The issue does not appear to happen 100% of the time, but it occurs frequently enough to consistently disrupt collaborative work.
The behavior is especially noticeable after modifying Entities and saving the project.
