After I added a movable directional light and a sky light,the static point light no longer works in mobile preview in 4.6.1.Thanks!

Thank you for reporting this issue. I was able to replicate the same problem with the Spot Light on 4.6.1. I have also tested this issue on the 4.7 preview 5 and our latest internal build and have not been able to replicate the error. I was able to clearly see the spotlight when testing this setup. The error has been fixed since the release of 4.6.1. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
