[MOBILE] add an icon for map overview if the minimap is hidden

Summary

My many games have the mini map hidden, it seems on mobile devices there is no way to navigate to the map view however on other devices it is possible.

Steps to Reproduce

Hide the minimap in HUD control device
Launch game on a mobile device

Expected Result

Small icon anywhere on the scree which opens the full map view

Observed Result

No icon

FORT-1097837 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.

This only happens in UEFN islands. Creative 1.0 islands, and when you are using mobile preview have a button.

Replicate:

  1. Start Fortnite Mobile.
  2. Type in this island code 6296-7829-6524 (This is just an example island).
  3. Hit play.
  4. Once in the island start the match.
  5. Look at the screen for a button to open the map.
  6. Now connect a Bluetooth controller to your device.
  7. Open the map with controller input.

You will notice when the mini-map is hidden you can still open the map with controller input. In creative 1.0 islands the “Toggle Map” button shows when the mini-map is hidden for touch input players. The Toggle Map button also needs to do the same in UEFN islands.

Note: The map button shows up on mobile in a UEFN session, but on a published UEFN island it does not show.
