@ Help me please, I have the same problem.

@
I’m posting here because I’m having the same issue as everyone, here is what I already did trying to run Bridge
-Reinstalled Unreal 5.0.
-Reinstalled Epic Launcher
-Quixel Bridge doesnt appear anywhere inside Unreal, not on Edit/Plugins either.
-Uninstalled Bridge app, deleted the megascans folder
-Inside Epic Launcher, installed plugins is empty
-Vault doesnt give any results when searching for Bridge

I honestly dont know what else to do

I also have the same issue and everything i have tried still hasn’t worked.

@loganmc - @MistaJones - @VictorVG - @pykacz - @Hayes4jm - kindly reach out to my support team via support @ quixel . com and one of my agents will look into this for you. Please detail everything you’ve written so far in this thread so they know what to look for.

I have tried the following:

Updated Unreal 5 & Epic Games Launcher

Deleting stand alone Bridge Application

Looked in Vault

Uninstalled Unreal Engine 5 & Epic Games Launcher

Redownloaded both programs

enabled the web browser plugin in unreal 5 and restarted everything

I have sent a message to the support team, just waiting on a response now.

I’ve updated to 5.0.3, with no luck. Still can’t find it anywhere. It’s not in the vault and I’ve reinstalled everything.

I seem to be having the same problem as many on here. Reinstalled EPIC Games launcher, reinstalled UE5, checked in the market place, checked in the plugins, the vault, etc. and no option to install Quixel Bridge. Any help would sure be appreciated. I appreciate all you do.

Hi @

Could you check my account please?

I can’t see Quixel Bridge anywhere. It’s not in the Vault, not in UE5 Plugins and not in the menu.

I have uninstalled the launcher, UE5 etc and reinstalled and it’s still not there. I then uninstalled the standalone Bridge app and did a verify but still no sign of the Bridge plugin.

Thank you.
