Every time I package out it says i’m missing this module, even on newly created games.

Does your pc meet Unreal’s minimum requirements?
Are you building your game or unreal engine?

Try setting your game as the default startup project & rebuilding.

Found out my unreal engine 5 was installed wrong, and was missing packages. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it fixed it.
