Summary
Back in 7.00, when creative released, there was the Epic variant of the balloons. This variant had 20 uses and the player would hold it by their hands to float up. This variant was then replaced by the Rare variant that we have in creative today.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Creative inventory.
- Search for Balloons under the items tab.
- Observe that only the Rare Balloons are there.
Expected Result
Both the Epic and Rare Balloons are present and can be spawned in.
Observed Result
Only the Rare Balloons are present and can be spawned in.

Additional Notes
The first image is sometime past 7.20 and the second image is 7.00.
The ID for the Epic Balloons are Athena_Balloons while the ID for the Rare Balloons are Athena_Balloons_Consumable.
