Mipmaps, Lightmap resolution not changing with auto LOD

My Lightmaps aren’t changing as I move away from objects. There’s a mixture of Quixel assets via Bridge and custom imported meshes.

On most assets in the Details panel the “minimum” Lightmap Resolution is set to 16 or 64, and Under General Settings I’ve set it higher for LOD 0, like 64 or 128 depending on the prop:

But I get no variance when I scroll in and out in the Lightmap Density viewer:

Notice I have one object in my scene amongst all of them that does change resolution.I can’t figure out among all its settings what is different between it and everything else.

Quick help? No point in the right direction?
