Minor - Supply Drops on XBox won't instantiate balloon

[agent_disco]

I use supply drop devices in my game Kaiju Batte Beta (2757-3044-9537). They are set to spawn above players with balloons on. On Xbox specifically, the supply drops will spawn without the balloons but only on Round 1 of the game. Subsequent rounds work fine.

Not a huge issue. Just noticeable. Thanks!
