Spark Aura and Level up effects cant be recolored like the rest.
Steps to Reproduce
Place a VFX powerup device and set it to Spark Aura, and color type to direct color, then make it green. Test and pickup
Expected Result
Effect shows green
Observed Result
Effect shows blue (default color)
