[Minor issue] Surfaces with similar texture have different specular (or roughness) value

Some assets seem to have a different specular (or roughness, I’m not sure) values from the same set like shown in these screenshots.

I notice this issue with multiple floor assets.

Steps to Reproduce

You just need to place those assets into your map and see the slight difference in specular reflections.

Expected Result

Visually uniform surface between assets

Observed Result

Slightly difference, probably related to the specular or roughness value.

Platform(s)

Tested on PC, can’t confirm for other platforms
