Summary
Had a case where I migrated a cinematic sequence device to another project (it was referencing an SM too), then I assigned a new actor on that SM, but the sequence now would fail validation because there is a reference to the old project, which is not visible in UEFN. So there is no way to fix the invalidation other than deleting the sequence altogether and remaking it.

Steps to Reproduce
Project A: Create a level sequence and have a SM move around
migrate the sequence only to project B
Open project B and assign the now red SM reference to a new actor within B
Add a cinematic sequence device and set the level sequence to auto play
Open live edit
Expected Result
Live edit open
Observed Result
Validation fails cause sequence soft references project A
