Yes you can, Migrating the level will move everything that is referenced by that level to the other project automatically, including any actor class that is placed in it.
Jus right click on your map > asset actions > migrate. Select the content folder of the project you want to migrate your map to.
To avoid issues with the migration make sure that the target project has the same engine version as the project you are migrating from. Migrating from older versions to newer ones might work but its not guaranteed.

I know this is an old thread, but this seems to be broken in 5.3. I can literally make two new projects and change one level with some blocks. Duplicate the level to change the name and not break the naming convention. Migrate just level and level data or just level. Yet somehow UE5 will crash. Any help would be appreciated.
j’ai exactement le même problème je voudrais migrer vers une version antérieure 5.3 car j’ai besoin d’un plugin très particulier que je ne trouve que sur cette version si vous avez une solution
