Metallic material noise

Hello, I’m having some trouble getting my metallic materials look good in unreal 5.6. There seems to be some noise in partially rough metals. As far as I know, this is a normal behaviour comingf from how unreal is calculating roughness, but I’m still wondering if it is possible to decrease this noise, or make it look better. I don’t care much about performance as this is for a mrq render, it doesn’t need to run in real time. I’m using lumen. Changing my ppv setting doesn’t seem to be affecting this noise at all.

Is there anything preventing you from using the path tracer with a high sample count? If maximum quality is what matters then that is the way to go.
