Metal shine gone texture issues

Hi I’m having problems with my metallic material showing up. It looks they way I want it to when I move a light but when I go to build lighting it makes my texture dull and not shiny (After light build).

I’m also having some issue with my specular (Ground 2) . There is the material that Unreal has then there is the one I made. How can I get it to build lighting but keep the shine ?

Nervermind, I figured it out. I had to add a reflection sphere and and a RGB color mask.
