Hi everyone,
I’m trying to download metahumans from bridge in Unreal 5.5 and unfortunately it won’t download them, they stop at 13% dowload and I can’t add them in scene, also I can’t find other ways to download them externally and then insert them in unreal.
I’ve checked the connection and it’s very fast, I’ve tried creating other metahumans in different ways but the situation doesn’t change… is there a particular reason! I appreciate anyone who can help

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an online metahuman on the dedicated portal
- Start an Unreal Engine project in version 5.5
- Try to download it
- I waited hours but it would get stuck at 13% in cinematic mode (complete)
Expected Result
The download will continue to go from 0 to 13% freezing, if it is lucky enough to go further it will get to higher percentages and return to 0%
Observed Result
I can’t dowload Metahuman at this moment
