Metahuman optimisation methods

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be consuming performance with my Metahuman character and know of any methods that can help with optimising it for my project? I have decreased the dimensions of the textures used and tried changing LODs, but nothing really changes. I keep thinking it is down to the hairs and grooms on my character, but just need some pointers on any ways of optimisation for metahumans in Unreal Engine 5.3.
