metahuman not consistent

why is there a huge margin between what you see on the website creator and the actual model that ue5 is using? the quality is much lower and the facial structure is waaay off. shaders already compiled… need fixed asap… these issues with UE are really annoying(especially since it uses our render products)

is there a setting that needs to be changed? how do we get it to look identical? i need the quality from the viewer(thats in medium quality mode and asset downloaded from bridge also in medium quality mode to match sets)

help me fix this please, thank you.
