Metahuman Groom Bug (Specifically WAVY GOATEE)

Greetings!

There is an issue with the Grooms and Bindings I came across one day. The GOATEE BINDING stopped communicating with the Editor, as such, the Goatee Groom Mesh floated around in DEFAULT SPACE (0,0,0).

When I pressed on the GROOM BINDING tab/dropdown menu, the binding disappeared.

When I searched for it, it reappeared, but when I attempted to reassign it, the menu would not let me, and remained empty.

I checked to see if it was my character or the asset.

I tried applying the groom and binding to another character. I had the same issue. HOWEVER, all OTHER bindings and grooms worked (on both characters).

So, I went into an earlier project and migrated the grooms from there.

It fixed the menu, so the binding is selectable now (doesn’t just disappear/deselect), however, upon startup of the Editor/Engine, the Goatee bind needs to manually be reset.

I’ve come up with a workaround to have this be reset during the EVENTBEGINPLAY, but this is a bug that needs to be addressed in-house.

(You can see I cannot populate the menu at around 0:25… The beginning just shows that if I change a setting in the binding, it’ll allow me to populate, but if I don’t it will not.)
