I’m running into a persistent MetaHuman Creator access issue.
*** This looks like an account-level entitlement or provisioning issue rather than a client-side problem. See below:
Whenever I visit:
I am immediately redirected to:
MetaHuman | Download - MetaHuman, even though I am fully logged in.
What I’ve verified:
Epic account is authenticated (username visible in top-right)
OAuth permission screen appears and I click Allow
MetaHuman Creator shows as connected under Epic Account → Linked Apps
Tested across:
Multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge)
Clean cache / incognito
Multiple Epic accounts (including a brand new account)
Unreal Engine 5.7 is installed and MetaHuman plugins are enabled (I understand this is web-based, mentioning for completeness)
Behavior is consistent:
/creator always redirects to the marketing/download page
No error message is shown
Happens across accounts and browsers
Question for the community:
Has anyone seen this recently and later gained access?
Is there a known delay for MetaHuman Creator access on new Epic accounts?
Is there any way to confirm whether an account is properly provisioned for MetaHuman Creator?

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Epic Games account (tested with multiple accounts, including a brand-new account).
- Log in successfully to Epic Games in a desktop browser.
- Navigate to:
MetaHuman Creator - When prompted, approve access by clicking Allow for “Use MetaHuman Creator with your Epic Games account.”
- After approval, observe the redirect behavior.
Expected Result
After approving access, the browser should load the MetaHuman Creator web application (the character editor interface), allowing creation and editing of MetaHumans.
Observed Result
The browser is always redirected to the MetaHuman marketing/download page:
This occurs:
After successful Epic login
After explicitly clicking Allow
Even when MetaHuman Creator appears under Linked Apps
Across multiple Epic accounts
Across multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge)
With cleared cache/cookies and incognito sessions
The MetaHuman Creator web app itself never loads.

Additional Notes
This appears to be an account provisioning / entitlement issue, not a local setup problem.
The issue reproduces consistently across multiple Epic accounts, including a newly created account.
Unreal Engine and MetaHuman plugins install and load correctly locally.
MetaHuman Creator is listed under Linked Apps, but access is never granted to the actual Creator UI.
The MetaHuman Manager inside Unreal Editor also appears empty, likely due to the same entitlement issue.
