I recently set up Unreal engine 5.6. I already installed the metahuman core data and enabled the metahuman creator plugin. but when i navigate to content browser 2 > character folder and right click then Add/Import content > MetaHuman, it does not show metahuman character as it is shown in this set up guide Creating a Character | MetaHuman Documentation | Epic Developer Community
please how do i resolve this, thanks. also i have restarted unreal engine several times.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the Metahuman Plugin is not fully supported on MacOS. 
You can do something like rent a virtual machine on the cloud to use it, or if your Mac is really strong you could use a virtual machine on your Mac.

i am on windows 11, i have installed .NET framework and VCode c++
still no luck
