Trying to render a metahuman in an animated scene and keep running into this random problem. I’ve tried several different rendering configurations to no avail. Anyone have any guesses as to why my Meta humans face is rendering like this?
I’m getting some PS2 Hagrid vibes. I’m not familiar with MetaHuman but I have seen people use them. I believe there is an LOD slider allowing the MetaHuman to be rendered super high and low poly. Where it is I do not know you will have to find it. I can’t stop laughing out loud at this render I’m so sorry
I guessed that was the issue as well…after some more google-fu, I figured it out.
Select your metahuman in the outliner and under the details panel you’ll find the LOD settings. Change the red circled value from -1 to 1 and it rendered correctly.
Found an old Youtube video referencing UE4 that outlined a similar issue and took a chance. It worked…
