Unable to generate trackers for promoted frames when creating MetaHuman Identity assets.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create new MetaHuman Identity from either a mesh or capture footage.
- Promote Frame
3)Press Track Markers (Active Frame) button
Expected Result
Trackers should be created for active frame.
Observed Result
Error message pop up appears with text “The promoted frame processing failed.”
Trackers are not generated.

I’ve tested this in my project, as well as a new copy of the Talisman project. Same error observed.
