Hi, so I have got some vigilante content from Marketplace, it’s supposed to be compatible with ue4 only but I imported it to ue5 and it looked like this
is version compatibility the real problem or is it something different I need to do?

Hey @ErenJaeger2.0!
How are you bringing it in to UE5? It could be possible that the mesh needs to be updated for UE5. Is this a single mesh? A blueprint?
Any additional specifics you provide will go a long way in solving your problem!
so for this tank it had 4 versions, animations, skeleton, etc… But the one I’m using is Showcase
Also I brought it to ue5 by “ticking show all projects” when importing, and I selected the latest compatible version it worked on, and It was ue4.26
If there’s a solution for it, I could use any bp of it, I’m not very specific about which blueprint because I’m using it for environmental purposes only
Hey @ErenJaeger2.0,
So instead of importing the blueprint, have you tried just importing the mesh(meshes) themselves? Do you get the same effect?
i just did add to project and selected the compatible version of it, i don’t know to import the mesh only, they just come with bps
Hey @ErenJaeger2.0,
You wouldn’t be able to download directly into a UE5 project from the launcher if it was not available for UE5. Are you sure it’s only compatible for UE4? And this is the mesh you should be looking at:
