meshes and lights invisible on testing on another pc

So i have made a package of my game for testing on another PC which has a low end video board, then a lot of meshes and the lighting went dark or invisible, after that I tried it on my main PC and it worked fine.

My ray tracing is enabled on my project and I want to keep it turned on, is that the problem in the low end PC? i thought it would get deactivated when the video board doesn’t support the hardware raytracing

RTX 3060 on my main PC; and a Radeon 3200 g with Vega 8 on my low-end testing thing
