Meshes and actors not showing in outliner (SOLVED)

Hello

i seem to have a porblem
i just opened a project that i havent worked on in a while
and now i seem to have the issue that actors and Meshes that already extested in the level dont show up in the outliner and even when selected there are no details for them either

And as you can see i did search for the item in the ouliner but even by just scrolling true it there is no wall actor to be seen all building walls are not there

and the bad thing its every wall and some other meshes of the whole level so that may even conclude that 6 months of work need to be redone from scratch
and i am hoping this is not needed

is there anyone that knows what this issue can be

Engine version:
5.0.3

It’s because you have previously converted those meshes to instanced meshes.

When you do that, only one actual mesh exists in the world, and all the others only have a transform.

Which is what you’re seeing.

Wait that reminds me what i did last
Time now just need to find out what i did and called it

But in any way even a instand mesh shut still show the main actor in the ouliner
