Oh I’m not using materials or textures within Maya, but yes I did use maya to make the mesh.
Im just trying to take a material I made within UDK and Apply it to a custom mesh I made in Maya.
Also yes all my UV’s are within that range

If I import an .obj it refuses the normals from my materials?
Has nothing to do with texture coord node, I tried all sorts of scales, which alters the material in the material editor view-port, but does absolutely nothing to the mesh that its on in my level.
I imported it at a scale of around 150, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Thanks in advance for any and all help
Are the UV’s within the 0 to 1 space? The diffuse would still show up because it is tiled by default, but the normals have to be in the 0-1 space. Are you using maya? If so open the uv editor and select all the uv’s than go to file/layout. This should put them in the 0-1 space so your normal map will show up.
Why not show us an image, makes solving problems much easier.
