mesh decal misleads shader complexity?

A very very basic decal material & a plane on ground. its area is shown in viewmode shader complexity really close to “extremely bad”
Normal decal actor doesn’t have this problem, Neither does plane mesh with a common translucent material
I got a feeling that shader complexity viewmode is taking decal’s emissive value directly because if I darken the emissive the complexity goes down
Dbuffer decal is disabled
