I got a lot of weirdness when I tried to attach it. I don’t think the system is very good at resetting when you change mesh. But in the end I got ( I had to swap skeletal mesh a few times )

Looked at your files hands themselfs are fine, they have right scale.
But your Animations (2) have wrong scale.
+Its different bones?

Doesnt work for me the flashlight remain still and i cannot rotate around. I ll take a closer look in blender and i ll let you know. I appreciate the help!
Turns out there were some different bones needed to do some work in blender. Thanks for the insight! I am now experiencing a new problem the arm disapperar when I tun to a certain angle. If I move them more forward in bp it doesnt, but it looks ugly. Are there any easy fixes for that out of the top of your head?
You need to increase bounds scale in Mesh component.
