Summary
The new memory pressure alert popup spawns too often. I don’t want to click the checkbox to make it never appear because I do want to know when memory pressure has changed, but once I’ve been alerted, I don’t need to know again unless there is a drastic change.

Other
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a project in the editor (preferably a large one)
- Launch a session (not necessary, but helps reach the memory pressure state quicker)
- If you haven’t received the message yet, open MS Edge and spawn a bunch of youtube tabs.
- once you have gotten the first memory pressure message, note that it will keep popping up frequently even though your machine state hasn’t changed significantly.
Expected Result
For the pop-up to only show up when a significantly change to the memory usage has occurred AND a reasonable amount of time has passed since the last pop-up was shown. Would also be good if it showed somewhere else so that it was less intrusive - the bottom right corner is where the most clicked area of the editor for me.
Observed Result
The pop-up continues to appear.
