Summary
If my pc does not have +8GB RAM available, making the memory calculation will take literally 30 minutes to complete. It will stay stuck at 0 % and unresponsive for 28 min approx. Whenever I free +8GB of RAM, it will run smoothly and it will take less than 2 min to complete.
Sometimes, I cannot free the RAM because it is all being consumed by UEFN or Fortnite, then I need to close Fortnite. After closing it, I am able to make the memory calculation without having the session opened and this is where something crazy happens. When I get into the white waiting lobby, the memory calculation is taking place there and not in the actual map. Note that the memory will remain stuck until you click on “cancel memory calculation” bottom right corner of UEFN. After cancelling it, it always succeeds and it only shows 3K/100K…
There are too many things wrong with what I explained here; first I have to do some insane workarounds to make a mem calculation in under 5 minutes, everyone can easily bypass the max memory limit of 100K by doing this (which is easily replicable and works all the time), third is the opposite of intuitive… I need to “cancel” it for it to finish…

Steps to Reproduce
Make a memory calculation with less than 8GB RAM available.
- Option 1:
After hitting “launch memory calculation” get +8GB RAM freed
→ result memory takes barely 5 min to be completed - Option 2:
Wait 30 min until it finishes - Option 3:
You cannot free +8GB RAM and you do not want to wait, close Fortnite. The memory calculation will fail. Click on “Launch memory calculation”. You will load into the white waiting lobby, not your island. In UEFN, click cancel memory calculation bottom right corner after 2 min of being in the waiting lobby. Memory calculation will succeed at it will be 3K/100K because it was getting calculated in the white lobby
Expected Result
It completes within 5 min
Observed Result
It takes 30 min or any of the other options I said above.
