Summary
Bugs/issues with almost every gun:
Jumping/being in the air will cause the gun to be stiff
ADS doesn’t give guns recoil and causes some guns to be stiff (ex: shotguns)
Bugs/Issues that carry over from third person to first person:
A lot of older guns have very low quality textures and/or meshes when looking at them that close
Older guns have laggy reload animations
The shadow tracker, night hawk, dragon breath sniper rifle, and the exotic storm scout sniper rifle are all missing animations
Plasma cannon, night hawk, makeshift submachine gun, harpoon gun, all grapplers, and the chug cannon all have the wrong holding animation, which may cause the screen to be partially blocked, look funny, or just have the wrong holding animation
The primal fire bow doesn’t actually catch on fire when fully held back
Pumpkin launcher’s eye flames get cut off
Purple light after fully pulling back the mechanical shockwave bow is off center
Goo from the explosive goo launcher may sometimes have holes in it
Wraps don’t apply to attachments
Some scopes don’t look like their scope when ADS (ex: ocean’s burst assault rifle)
Part of the inside of the infantry rifle is missing when reloading
Part of the primal ar is missing when you pull back that metal lever
The lever on the makeshift rifle doesn’t pull back when reloading
The sight on the tactical smg is slightly above the model
Most bows reload with the makeshift bow’s arrow
Stake shotgun’s wooden stake texture changes when it’s coming out of the shotgun after shooting
Some guns have bullets still in the magazine when reloading on 0 ammo
No bullets shells visually come out when firing with the burst ar
Wraps don’t apply to the full gun for the hammer ar and cobra dmr
Some wraps either don’t or barely work on the pumpkin launcher (e.x. magma wrap)
On many weapons, bullet shells that comes out after shooting come out after every other shot instead of every shot (ex: smg)
With a decent amount of shotguns (ex: gatekeeper shotgun), the shells you load into it are part gold but are part silver when they pop out
Low amount of frames when putting the magazine on while reloading with the flapjack ar
Magazine you throw when reloading with the legacy tactical ar will instantly turn
On the minigun, the barrel switches from the default position to the last position when pulled out (look at notch on barrel)
For the sideways minigun and sideways rifle, if you keep on shooting right after you overheat, the orange/red lights from the gun’s crystals will not light up
With the boom bow, reloading will make the arrow snap to the bow
If you spam the reload button after you shoot with any non-boom bow bow, the bow will glitch for a very small amount at the beginning of the reloading animation (faster reload makes the bow glitch more)
With the crossbow, the bolt that is in your crossbow has the way a weapon wrap is reversed (e.x. For the magma wrap, it’s black towards the tip of the bolt but orange towards the end of it)
When reloading with the fiend hunter crossbow, the flame disappears a little too late
When shooting with the fiend hunter crossbow, the flame won’t disappear
With the quad launcher, the box that falls out while reloading has no textures and 2 boxes fall out
With the quad launcher and burst quad launcher, the box that falls out while reloading falls out in a weird spot
With the quad launcher, textures are bugged on the rocket that is shot out
Reloading smoke is semi-laggy on the quad launcher
The holes where grenades go on a grenade launcher while reloading is covered up when a wrap is equipped (e.x. magma wrap)
Reloading smoke is very laggy for the shockwave launcher
For both paint launchers, cones can be seen on the spot where the paint grenades are stored
The goo canister from the explosive goo launcher that is ejected while reloading vanishes when it’s suppose to pop out of the gun
For the ex-caliber rifle, it shows an effect from the blade when you swap to another item and back while there is no ammo
For the ex-caliber rifle, when you zoom in with thermal vision, the blade gains a static effect when you zoom in
For the ex-caliber rifle, if you reload right after shooting a shot then the sword will be light pink in your gun
For the legacy hand cannon, the spot where bullets come out after firing comes out instantly and not smooth when reloading
For guns that reload like the revolver, something can be seen for a split second while reloading
For guns that reload like the revolver, an inconsistent amount of bullets come out of the chamber (ex: 7 for the revolver, none for the makeshift revolver)
For the tactical pistol, the clip that comes out of the pistol while reloading looks laggy/weird
Wraps inconsistently apply their wrap to shells and magazines that go in and out of the gun (ex: pump shotgun and rail gun)
When reloading with the infiltrator pump shotgun, you can see a small, floating shell that becomes smaller and goes into the gun for a split second
The epic-mythic charge shotgun’s reloading animation reloads a silver bullet
Visual charge gauge on the charge shotgun’s model is a little behind the actual charge
Equipping animation for the legacy combat shotgun is the pump instead of the combat
Bullets that fly out of the dragon breath shotgun can lag so they come out late
When you cancel the dragon breath shotgun’s reload and reload again, bullets will show briefly in the gun
While reloading 2 shots with the dub or the double barrel shotgun, 1 shotgun shell is used instead of 2
If you reload an odd number of bullets in the double shot shotgun, the last bullet’s reload animation will reload 2 bullets instead of 1
With the hunter bolt-action sniper rifle, if you shoot, then swap to a different gun right after, the screen shaking will still happen
With the hunter bolt-action sniper rifle, the bullet comes out of the gun faster than you pulling the bullet latch back
The heavy sniper’s reload animation glitches for a second when reloading
The suppressed sniper rifle’s texture is different on the icon than it is in game
When reloading with the lever action sniper rifle and the explosive repeater rifle, the latch instantly goes back to the after shot position
Bullets that fly out after each shot when shooting the explosive repeater rifle aren’t the bullets you put into the weapon
Texture of the submachine gun (p90 version) is more like the compact smg than the p90
Smgs that have a certain muzzle flash (twin mag smg, stinger smg, suppressed smg, charged smg, etc.), and including the midas muzzle vfx, the muzzle flash will only show for the first bullet shot
For the hyper smg, the grabbing of the drum gun makes the player’s hand phase through the drum, and the hit of the reload animation for the drum attachment doesn’t hit the drum
If 3 or less ammo is left and you fire the burst smg, it’ll make 4 shooting sounds instead of the amount of ammo and 4 bullet shells will come out
When shooting the scoped burst smg, only one shell will come out
Shadow Midas’ drum gun is missing the wrap and ghost laugh when shooting
Hand during the reload animation for the machine smg isn’t on the notch that you pull back
Guardian shield’s shield doesn’t show anything when blocking
The enforcer ar’s and nemesis ar’s reload animation causes 2 magazines to spawn
More individual bugs/issues:
Tow hook cannon’s animations snap instead of smoothly go in
Monarch pistol’s reload animations are glitchy
Flare guns don’t have a throw away animation
Minigun, prop gun, and two-shot shotgun don’t go into first person
Aiming in with the auto lock on pistol causes your hands to extend
Primal weapons block your view
Some grenade launchers can be seen reloading, and they have broken hands when reloading
Midas’ touch causes some scopes to not be see through
Scoped revolver, crossbow, Cupid’s crossbow, sideways rifle, sideways minigun, chug cannon, bandage bazooka, repair torch, anvil rocket launcher, rocket launcher, both paint launchers, exotic storm scout sniper rifle, guardian shield, and almost any item with the wrong holding animation hold the item too high, too low, or glitched
Sideways rifle causes you to aim at a specific spot when ADS
Burst ar, rocket launcher, pumpkin launcher, grenade launcher, easter egg launcher, sideways minigun, harpoon gun, and all grapplers have the crosshair on screen when ADS
All pistols have bright muzzle flash that can be obstructive when firing fast while ADS
Slone’s burst ar and Ocean’s burst ar both have sights that block the player’s view
All grapplers have weird arm animations after grappling to something
Custom body parts don’t appear in first person (ex: spire jump boots)
The arrow of a boom bow can be seen for a split second floating after reloading
Pumpkin on the pumpkin launcher doesn’t go away if shot while ADS
Muzzle flash doesn’t appear when ADS on many guns
Boom bolt snaps to a position if shooting while ADS
The holo-13 optic sight and the sniper scope attachments have a little part that appears on the sight model when you ADS
First person causes the normal ammo amount ui to pop up when having a weapon with a custom ui ammo amounts (ex: twin mag smg)
No overheat animation happens with the sideways minigun and the sideways rifle
Can’t ADS with bows
If ADS and you run out of ammo with the common-rare infantry rifle, the clip will pop out immediately
Some guns don’t have recoil while not ADS
Shells don’t pop out of some guns (ex: gatekeeper shotgun)
Charge shotgun’s gauge is very laggy when filling up
Visual charge gauge on the charge shotgun’s model is a little behind the actual charge
Hand is partially inside of the infiltrator shotgun
Dragon breath shotgun, rapid fire smg, and burst smg moves your camera down when ADS (not the same as the sideways rifle glitch)
Lever action shotgun’s arm breaks when doing the flipping gun animation
Ray gun is missing the orb of energy
Ex-caliber rifle is missing the sword part
Ripsaw launcher is missing the saw
Can see the reload animation for the railgun on screen
Hand moves off of the rail gun when ADS
The dot on some scopes are either missing or gray (ex: twin mag ar)
Arm looks a little stretched on the six shooter
Ripsaw launcher causes you to see your own head
Coming out of the shadow ghost form while having first person causes your arms to look glitched
Jumping out of a creepin’ cardboard or sneaky snowman has your arms slightly glitched
First person while in a sneaky snowman or creepin cardboard is glitchy
Smoke grenade’s smoke flickers when you’re in it
No hand can be seen when eating a pizza from a pizza box or a forged item when in first person
Can’t activate flashlight while in first person
Mantling and climbing walls causes arms to break
Sprinting can sometimes show arms, which look funny
Going into and out of a phone booth in first person breaks your arms

The glitches that transfer from 3rd person to 1st person have reload bugs. I put those there so they can be fixed before first person is fully supported for that gun.
