Think about The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in a sense to understand the width of this game. Remove everything but the trading and gathering system. There you have our game. The main focus will stand at graphical realness and immersion. Basically the player will roam around harvesting, gathering and crafting new items and selling them, the option to turn around objects for a profit at different markets will also be possible. Further explanation will be given if you join the team.
Do not think I have huge AAA expectations on this game. Functions will be limited and focus will be on graphics. I want to make a greater game but we have to confine ourselves in the beginning.

All in all, I have experience and basic knowledge in all fields except programming. I have worked in Unity, Unreal, Blender, Photoshop & more. But only as a hobby. After a long pause from game making I am now back again.

Dont worry, you dont have to be a proffessional in your field, but please know what you are doing. Portfolio of previous work is required. If you are skilled in multiple fields that is a bonus.
Have you considered acquiring Blueprints Asset packs from the Marketplace to solve some programming needs? There are several that could implement the features listed. I’m personally using the Multiplayer Survival Game Template and its fantastic for Hunger, Thirst, Harvest resources (Metal, Crops, Wood etc). The MSGT Developer also provides some cool video tutorials on BP Net Programming if you need them. I’ve used the Vid Tuts myself to learn and develop a BP Network Design Pattern used in my work.

Me too. LOL. It is tough to find skillful people that will work with a Royalty-based Project. I know because I’ve been re-building a Royalty-based Team for nearly a year. Prepare for a Perpetual Recruitment Campaign and hard work as Devs come and go. Only a handful will stay and do work if they believe in you and the game concept. The key is determination and persistence. I wish you the best on this journey.
I’d say I’m pretty skilled at programming with blueprints in UE4 and am OK at modeling. I use blender for modeling terrain objects such as trees, grass, rocks, etc. I have also made some simple animals such as chickens and cubs. I also have some knowledge in making images so if you ever need me to make a logo or a texture I might be able to cook something up.
