I’m streaming a video (.mp4) from a URL into my Unreal/Holoens2 app using UE 4.27.2.
It all works fine when I run it on my Windows PC but when I deploy to my Hololens 2 the video does not play.
I think the issue is in the “Stream Media Source” where all the Platforms are set to automatic. If you look at Windows (64-bit) “Image Sequence”, “WebM Media” and “Windows Media Foundation” are all highlighted as viable choices.
However, if you look at the Hololens, there are no highlighted choices. Is there a way to enable “Windows Media Foundation” (for example) in the Hololens? Am I missing a hololens specific plugin?
