Possible solution which worked for me:
In the sequence settings in the movie render queue, when you add the anti-aliasing, make the spatial sample count 8, and the temporal sample count 1.

this worked for me!! thank you! My blueprint was crazy fast, then this was normal speed, or atleast normalish and was fine

Has anyone got a solution for this on UE5. I’m trying to export a sequence which has an MP4 being played via Media Player and the video when exporting freezes during the entire sequence.
I’ve changed the FPS and tried loads of stuff mentioned but nothing has worked.
In the sequencer, I think it’s in the advanced options when you’re setting the frame rate, enable “Lock To Display Rate at Runtime” and also set your desired tick interval to the same as your sequence frame rate.
