Hi, please is there any way I can adjust the position of the titles next to the lines ? Or is it possible to add more annotations to the ortho projection ? Thank you.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Also, such things is better to do in some 3rd party application, as the notes won’t remain as the ortho parts (they will be only the part of the ortho report).
