Matte Glass transparency Issue

Hey everyone,

I have a lot of cubes in my scene with a matte transparent material and a normal map texture. On their own, they look pretty much exactly how I want them to look. However, when one cube is behind another, the blurring does not work correctly. It only applies the blur to non-transparent materials, which obviously looks bad. Is there any way to fix this?

I don’t think it can be fixed due to technical limitations, but perhaps it can be avoided. I would try to use a custom depth stencil as a mask to make the farther glass not render at all when it is behind a nearer glass.
