Hey guys,
im trying to use the sample vehicles from the Matrix demo to shoot a sequence with the take recorder. As soon as the vehicle gets contact to anything when i play it back, the Nanitemesh just disappears, but the deformationmesh wont show. Have tried nearly everything i can think of. I can get it to work without deformation, but whats the point… ?
Any suggestions ?

I found a workaround to get at least a little bit of deforming in the sequencer:
I put all the meshes in the blueprint of the car to ‘visible’… but no broken windows nor anything quite comparable to what is achieved when you play with the editor running.
UPDATE:
When i try to render a scene everything breaks and its nothing like in the sequencer… not quite right yet

thanks a lot. Very informative video. They seem to talk about sequencer cinematics for few seconds. But when i want to bake to the Rig, im missing the controlRig (dont have one at all) they are using…
EDIT: i found the rigs, but i just cant bake it to the mesh…
when rendering a scene and the changes to visibility wont work, try to set it up outside of the recorded sequence. That way it shouldnt break, when the scene gets rendered
