Materials missing when accessing same file on different computers

I've been working on a model I imported from ArchiCAD through the DirectLink plug in and have both the twinmotion file, and archicad file on my cloud. However, when I re-open the same twinmotion file on another computer, parts or all the materials would be missing. I've tried different combinations of files opening and closing, etc. The missing ones seem to be the one I customise on twinmotion itself (which is still visible when opened on the original computer used to customise the twinmotion materials)

If you use the Resource Collector in Twinmotion's Edit menu, it packages your Twinmotion project into a folder containing your project file and a folder containing custom material data. If you share this folder to the other computers, it should allow all materials to be transferred as well.
