material uv Flow mapping?

hello, so I have an animated material that uses uv coords and a panner to animate textures in the material.
I’m trying to find out if there is a way for the material to use the landscape hightmap to make the animation flow down
twards the lowest point of terrain. is there a way i can pass in the landscape and make it use that as a uv flow direction
so it flows that direction etc?
