Material Quality Problem

Hello everyone, God bless you, I want to know why when I put the quality of materials in high but when I run my game in “standalone game” I get as if they were in “low” quality (as seen in the first image, the grass is seen in low quality)?
And when I run it in “selected viewport” mode is seen in high quality (as seen in the second image)? WHY?

You can configure the standalone version’s settings file. Personally, I don’t remember the exact directory and file name for it, but I know I’ve had to edit it in the past. Here’s the reference of most of the major settings:
