I have a model i exported from Magicavoxel as an obj i put it into blender with the obj material still attached which i continued to export that into fbx. I then went into unreal engine and imported it but it did not have the material their. This is really fustrating and i havent found any ways of fixing this issue nor can i find a way on imported an mtl material. The material it gives me is called pallette and it has nothing on it.
The best way is to import the texture manually + create a material with it. -> you can create materials just in the editor (so you cant import blender materials)
When you want to have a basic material -> enable “Import texture” + “import material” in the import window
Ok thanks but is their any way of importing MTL? or at least converting it to an image so that i can use it.
