Material mapping

Hi, first of all sorry for my bad English .I bought some resources from internet. It contains 4 static meshes(buildings) and a single texture. All the texture of 4 buildings(static meshes) have been mapped to single texture. All the 4 buildings are different and seperate static meshes. All the 4 buildings have vertex color information. My problem is I don’t know how to map that texture to meshes. All meshes have single uv coordinate. It also contains a read me file which says some vector parameter values which has R = 1, B = 2, G = 3, A = 8. I don’t even have an idea about what it tells. Does anyone has any idea or suggestions how to map the texture correctly. I hope made the question clear. Thanks in advance.
