Material lighting


I’ve got the lighting how I want in my map, although unfortunately this means putting the lightsource pretty close to the floor.

Which results in a floor thats way too bright:

Is there any way of reducing the lighting on the floor material but keeping as is elsewhere in the game?

reduce the brightness of the texture

How do you do this exactly?

open the texture and adjust the brightness. or you could open it in photoshop or any image editing program and adjust it
