Matchmaking works only after several attempts

Steps to Reproduce

Try to find a match - does´nt matter whether private or public.
After 20 sec. i get an error of matchmaking.
(Error says try again or check Epic Server Status)
Switch from privat to public and back
Only works after many attempts.
(Does´nt matter if you don´t switch from privat to public)

Expected Result

Working matchmaking by click only one time

Observed Result

Matchmaking is broken at this time

I don´t now how to fix it - the Island is working - my only problem is the matchmaking and only with this Island.

Hi Unfassmer, Welcome to the Forums.

There was an update today and some portions of the ecosystem are offline.

Keep an eye here or here. Let us know if you’re still having troubles once everything is operational.

thanks for the answer.

I noticed that the servers were offline - the matchmaking problem was there 2 days before the servers downtime. I´ll have an eye on that - but still have these problems.

Gotcha. I’ve been seeing problems where islands keep getting “Matchmaking Error (#1)” (but usually after about 2 minutes of trying to matchmake)

I was able to matchmake/launch the island code you provided. (Tried 2 times and both were success)

The island code that I’ve been using to try and test the matchmaking 1 error has been 3815-8254-6961 - Despite trying multiple times over the last month or so, I’ve never been able to launch it…

Curious to know if you’re getting the same error on that map or not - Maybe once whatever is preventing that map from launching is fixed, you will also stop seeing matchmaking errors.
