Matchmaking will not turn off if you disable matchmaking with a round settings device, via an event bind after round 1

Steps to Reproduce

Turn on matchmaking in island settings. Disable matchmaking with a round settings device after round 1, it doesnt work.

Expected Result

When you disable matchmaking with a round settings device after round 1, it should disable matchmaking.

Observed Result

When you disable matchmaking with a round settings device after round 1, it doesn’t disable matchmaking.
