Steps to Reproduce

Hello everyone when i am using the matchmaking portal in my public realese it gives me the error duplicateClientConnected.

Expected Result

What i would expect is that the matchmaking portal connects me to a new lobby.

Observed Result

The only observed result is the duplicateClientConnected error.

Platform(s)

tried it on playstation4 and on pc on diffrent accounts

From Error documentation

If you received this error, it means there is a restriction that prevents you from linking a new platform account if the same platform type was previously linked to your Epic Games account. To resolve this error, you can re-link your original platform account.

Thanky you for your respond, so i tried unlinking the account and unfortunately that doesn’t solve my problem. Maybe any other suggestions? Thanks again for takin the time and guiding me through my problem.
