Summary
This bug occurs when players use in-game match portals in creative maps. When readying up, if the game attempts to find another match but ends up in the exact session, the XMPP system crashes. This results in the message: client ${accountid} was disconnected because a second connection from the same client being made to the same server.

Steps to Reproduce

Start with a creative map where most sessions are full for quicker results.

Use the matchmaking portal to ready up until you encounter a quick loading screen, indicating a failed session transfer. Note: Do not use the lobby to ready up, as this does not trigger the bug.
Upon seeing the error screen, you will confirm that the issue has been replicated.
Expected Result
It should join back to the server but because of the bug in action it makes 2 connections then the game refuse this can be be the xmpp but observed info is where I’m putting the the bug does
Observed Result
After encountering this message, players experience a bug in the party system, which removes the option to invite friends. (Added it also effects party members that ready up to and it will kick them from party and they will have the same side effects unless they follow steps here) The only ways to resolve this issue are:

Having an available friend invite you to a party.

Joining a friend in an open party.
Restarting the game to force a new party. -
Manually sending an HTTP request to the party service with the method “DELETE,” forcing the client to create a new party.

Additional Notes
This bug affects many players daily, and a patch would greatly improve the experience. It looks like the xmpp bricks the party causing the member to disconnect from the initial xmpp connection thanks epic please lmk if this gets fixed as I seem like the only one bothered on this issue
