Summary

Players cannot start a match on my island due to a matchmaking error. This issue only affects this specific island. Other islands work normally.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Fortnite.
  2. Enter island code 2327-7349-9384.
  3. Attempt to start a public or private match.
  4. Wait for matchmaking to begin.
  5. Observe the matchmaking error message.

Expected Result

Players should be able to successfully queue and start a match on the island without receiving any matchmaking errors.

Observed Result

Matchmaking fails and players receive a matchmaking error. The match never starts. This problem only occurs on this island.

Additional Notes

The issue started after the latest Fortnite update. Before the update, matchmaking worked correctly on this island. Since the update, players are unable to start a match and receive a matchmaking error. Other islands continue to work normally. The issue appears to be specific to island code 2327-7349-9384.

Just an update: I just tried publishing a version and got this error. It’s not coming from the Verse code, since we were able to launch the session in UEFN and publish a private version. Plus, I don’t see any errors in my Verse code

ça vas être regler tkt pas, j’ai le même problème actuellement, impossible de faire tester mon jeu ! Merci d’avoir partagé le problème j’ai cru avoir bosser dans le vide :rofl:

I have this—it’s an old Mutator Zone from the old Creative mode that I placed in my map back then. And if that’s what’s causing the problem, it really bothers me… because it’s a collector’s item.

@Flak It’s working again; after deleting those zones, I’m able to republish a version. What puzzles me, though, is that the map is accessible again even though I haven’t updated it.
